Intro to Acting Class

Intro to Acting

Youth ages 8-12 will learn and develop acting techniques in this high energy and fun class.  With the use of improvisation exercises, theater games and scripted material, students will develop confidence and stage presence while learning  to-

​

  • stay connected,

  • build character,

  • tell the story

  • and more.  

  • ​

This class is a beginners course and is for students who have little or no experience in the theatre.

​

Class will meet on Mondays January 8-February 26 2024 4:00-5:30pm

Scene Study Class

Instructed by Rachel Cummings

Scene Study-12 Weeks

Youth/Teens ages 10-17 will continue to learn and grow through scene work.

​

Students will-

1. explore the dynamics of a scene

2. learn the importance of working with a scene partner

3. learn in depth character development

​​​

This is an intermediate class for students with some theatre experience or have taken previous acting classes. 

​

​

Class will meet on Tuesdays January 9-March 26 2024 4:00-5:30pm

Fee: $180.00
