Meet the Cast
Fox marks CD’s seventh show with Stage Left. He was most recently seen as the
evilly malevolent Mr. Lockhart in The Seafarer. He also received a Zoni nom as
Italian opera star Tito Morelli, deep in the grip of a mid-life crisis in A Comedy of
Tenors. And, of course, the lovable zanies of Tuna. The Alexandria VA native has a
B.A. in Drama from Maryland, done regional Shakesperean repertory and requisite
NYC showcases. Thanks to Kandyce and Cody for Bingham and the chance to act
with my talented castmates. Thanks to you guys as well for supporting this
wonderful theater. Hope y’all enjoy the show.
Leonidas Karandreas (Justin) is pumped to be doing his first farce. You may have seen him as Lt. Kelly in BEN BUTLER (Don Bluth Front Row Theatre), Christopher in THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME (Starlight), or as Sebatian in TWELFTH NIGHT (Ronin Theatre Company). Having played a slew of slightly more serious roles, Leonidas is grateful to go back to his roots and do something a little more absurd. When not on stage, Leonidas loves making goofy films with his bros, gaming, and staring at the ceiling. “Thanks for coming to see this show, I know for some of ya it’s quite the gnarly drive. I do appreciate it. Of course, thank you to my family, my bros, and all of the teachers who have helped me along the way. With a special shout-out to my sister, Areti, and my high school theater teacher, Laura Nardone.”
Lauren is thrilled to be back on the SLP stage! A Pacific Northwest native and University of Montana Grizzly, Lauren moved to the Valley five years ago to be closer to her rain-averse family. Her Arizona credits include Kate (u/s) in Seminar, Lisa in Collected Stories (ariZoni nomination), Norma in Perfect Arrangement, and Cassie in Rumors. When she’s not pretending to be someone else, Lauren trades her script for spreadsheets as an accountant. She would like to thank Kandyce for the opportunity, the cast for tackling this show with her, and her family and friends for their love and support.
This is Siobhan‘s debut at Stage Left Productions. Originally from Chicago, she was an RN over 40 years before retiring and starting a long awaited career in theater. She has had feature roles with Sun City players in Murder on the Menu, Don’t Talk to the Actors, The Curious Savage,Old Hams and, Ripcord. At TheatreWorks, she appeared as Mrs. Brill, the housekeeper in Mary Poppins, and as part of the ensemble in A Christmas Carol.
Gary Caswell- (Dickie) is very excited to be making his Stage Left debut. It's been almost 5 years since he was last on a stage. If memory serves, some of his past favorite shows have been- South Pacific, Little Shop of Horrors, Fiddler on the Roof and many more. Gary has worked all over the Valley, including The Hale Center, Don Bluth Front Row and Phoenix Theater. He thanks Cody, Kandyce, Stephanie and the amazing cast. Love you Di, love you Brandon.
Shelly Boucher is a cross between Cindy Lou Who and Joan of Arc...obsessed with rhyming, but not averse to the occasional burn. Shelly has wonderful friends and family that keep her feet on the ground, so she doesn’t have to deal with being a poet-warrior hybrid alone. Her favorite color is teal, although she once asked people to call her kiwi. She is thrilled to be playing at StageLeft!. Shelly can be seen in the films, Forever Home, Raising Buchanan and Better From Within. Other recent credits include Gods of Comedy, Always a Bridesmaid (Monette), Other Desert Cities (Silda) at SLP, Eric & Elliot (Miss Hadden) for Childsplay, The Red Velvet Cake War & Rex’s Exes (Peaches) at Theaterworks and 42nd Street at Scottsdale Musical Theatre Company. Behind the camera she works as a producer and loves her job. Otherwise, you can track her down on social media, where she’s likely making a fool of herself or giving herself E.O.C.T. (Early Onset Carpal Tunnel) over at iBake by shell. Special thanks Kandyce, Cody, this cast/crew & you the wonderful audience. Support local theatre!
